The Cursor Winch is part of a Launch and Recovery System for WROV through a vessel moonpool

The Moonpool hatch is made for opening/closing of the moonpool opening located on the vessel deck, made for WROV launch and recovery. 

The Hatch is designed to support the operational loads from WROV and also from the skidding system pallets and to transfer the loads to vessel superstructure through the locking pins, hinges and cylinder supports.
