Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events: Which We offer that are similar to those that You have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information. - For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about Our Service users is among the assets transferred. Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share Your personal information in the following situations, based on the legal bases mentioned above:
- With Service Providers (Data Processors): We may share Your Personal Data with Service Providers who perform services on Our behalf, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, email service providers, and recruitment management systems. These third parties have access to Your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We have data processing agreements in place with these Service Providers where required by GDPR.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and based on the relevant legal basis.
We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
Personal Data submitted via contact forms will be retained for a period necessary to handle Your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for Our records, unless a longer retention period is required or relevant for a specific purpose (e.g., leading to a contract or a job application).
Personal Data submitted for job applications will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process. If Your application is unsuccessful, We will retain Your data for a limited period thereafter (typically up to 6 months) to comply with legal obligations related to recruitment processes and for our legitimate interest in case of future opportunities, unless You have given consent for a longer retention period for future consideration.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in Norway (which is within the European Economic Area - EEA) and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take Us longer than a month if Your request is particularly complex or You have made a number of requests. In this case, We will notify You and keep You updated.
